1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to DJNameMixer.in. By accessing or using our platform, studio tools, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Description of Services & Platform Expansion
DJNameMixer.in provides an advanced online digital studio suite designed for music producers, DJs, vocalists, and content creators. Our studio suite includes tools for song mixing, vocal tag creation, competition sound check production, creator bio link landing pages, ringtone creation, automated quiz video generation, and audio visualizers.
Continuous Expansion: DJNameMixer.in is an evolving creative studio. We frequently launch new artificial intelligence utilities, audio mastering tools, and video rendering engines. All future tools and services released on the platform will automatically be covered by these Terms and Conditions and will operate under our unified wallet system.
3. User Accounts & Fair Trial Policy
Users may test and preview our studio suite before subscribing to a paid membership.
- Trial Access: New users are granted a one-time trial allocation of 1,000 promotional credits to test studio tools and preview generated media in our online player.
- Single-Device / Single-User Policy: Trial credits are strictly limited to one allocation per person and per device. Any manual or automated attempt to manipulate trial allocations or bypass system limits violates our Fair Use Policy and will result in immediate service suspension.
- Export Restrictions: Previewing and streaming generated media is provided during trial access. Downloading studio-grade 16-Bit PCM WAV audio files and High-Definition MP4 video files is strictly reserved for active VIP Plan members.
4. Master VIP Creator Pass & Credit Consumption
Full studio access, file downloads, and advanced utilities are managed through our centralized Master Wallet:
- VIP Creator Plan: Priced at ₹299 (inclusive of applicable digital taxes).
- Credit Allocation: 10,000 Master Credits credited immediately upon successful transaction.
- Validity Period: 30 calendar days from the date and time of activation.

5. 30-Day Expiry & Top-Up Policy
All credits and privileges provided under the ₹299 VIP Plan are valid for strictly 30 calendar days.
- Upon reaching the 30-day mark, plan validity concludes and any remaining balance from that cycle resets to zero (0).
- File download privileges and bio page editing require an active VIP plan.
- Early Recharges: Users may top up their wallet balance at any point during their cycle. An early recharge adds 10,000 credits to the balance and extends plan validity by 30 days starting from the date of the new transaction.
6. Payments, Instant Electronic Delivery & Refund Policy
Payments are processed securely via PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways supporting UPI, QR Code, Debit/Credit Cards, and NetBanking.
- Instant Delivery: All purchases are delivered electronically. Your 10,000 credits and VIP status are provisioned into your digital wallet automatically within 1 to 5 seconds following transaction confirmation.
- Non-Refundable Digital Goods: Because our services provide instant digital wallet credits and real-time media generation utilities, all transactions are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable once credits have been delivered to your account.
- Failed Payments: If an amount is deducted from your bank account or UPI application but the transaction fails due to a network interruption, standard banking reversals are automatically processed by your bank or payment gateway within 5 to 7 business days.
7. User Content & Commercial Usage Rights
Users retain full responsibility for all audio recordings, songs, photos, and texts entered into our platform:
- You warrant that you hold all necessary licenses or permissions for any commercial music tracks imported into our mixing utilities.
- DJNameMixer.in does not store, broadcast, or claim intellectual ownership over user-provided background songs. Audio processing is executed within your device's browser environment.
- All synthetic voiceovers, vocal tags, and customized mixes generated by our studio engine are 100% Royalty-Free and fully cleared for commercial distribution across YouTube, social media platforms, live performances, and roadshows.
8. Limitation of Liability
DJNameMixer.in and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services, software tools, or generated media.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jharkhand, India.
