1. User Accounts & Access

• To access certain premium features or save your project preferences, you may register an account with a valid email address and password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that take place under your account.

2. Free Generation & VIP Lifetime Access Plan

• Free Demo / Usage: Visitors and registered free users are permitted to generate and preview audio across our tools for testing purposes.
• VIP Lifetime Access (₹199 Plan): Purchasing our ₹199 VIP Lifetime Plan grants unlimited downloads, uncompressed 16-Bit PCM WAV exports, extended character limits, and commercial usage permissions across all tools.
• Payment & Activation: Payments are processed via secure authorized gateways (Razorpay). Upon verified payment, VIP status is activated immediately on your registered email account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our text-to-speech tools, voice generators, or mixing console to:

• Generate abusive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal audio content.
• Impersonate any person, political figure, or trademarked brand without explicit permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, scrape, or overload our server infrastructure and APIs.

4. Intellectual Property & License

Unless otherwise stated, DJNameMixer.in and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all software, scripts, UI designs, and audio processing engines on the website. Generated custom voice tags and mixed audio files are licensed to the user for royalty-free creative and commercial distribution (YouTube, live events, audio remixes).

5. Termination & Service Availability

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate our terms of service without prior notice. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability during scheduled server maintenance or third-party network outages.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Malda, West Bengal, India for the resolution of any disputes.
